1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website (opnixlabs.com) or engaging OpnixLabs for engineering, design, or consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. 2. Services & Engagements
OpnixLabs provides digital engineering, full-stack software development, cloud infrastructure architecture, and UI/UX design services. The specific scope, deliverables, milestones, and commercial terms of any bespoke client project will be governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, all custom code, design assets, and deliverables created specifically for a client upon full settlement of project fees will become the intellectual property of the client. OpnixLabs retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, developer tooling, reusable modules, and proprietary internal libraries utilized during the engagement.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate project specifications, necessary API credentials, assets, and timely feedback required to meet agreed milestones. OpnixLabs is not liable for project delays caused by client inaction or delayed asset deliveries.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our public website and exploratory content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for 100% uptime and modern security practices, we do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall OpnixLabs or its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to access our website or services.
